Western OMS is owned and managed by leading Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Dr Franc Henze. He is dedicated to provide superior patient care to ensure reduced pain and faster recovery times.

He graduated with a Doctorate in Medicine from Germany’s University of Cologne in 2000, then went on to graduate with a Doctorate in Dentistry from the University of Würzburg in 2003.

After moving to Australia, he achieved his AMC and ADC accreditation in 2004 and 2005. Since then, he has undertaken specialty training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne.

He has attained Fellowships in both Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and General Dentistry.

After gaining a wealth of experience in trauma, pathology, orthognathic and dento-alveolar surgery in the public health sector, he founded Western OMS (formerly known as Faceworx) with the goal of providing the best surgical care in Western Australia.
In the metropolitan area, he consults out of his rooms in Nedlands, and Joondalup, and also regularly travels to Geraldton and Albany to service regional areas.

He maintains regular operating lists at Bethesda Hospital, Southbank Day Surgery, Subiaco Private Hospital, Albany Day Hospital and St John of God Geraldton Hospital.
